At IYKYK (If You Know You Know) , our micro-batch release model and direct factory sourcing allow us to deliver heavy-grade, archive-quality pieces with absolute rarity. Please review our policies regarding deposits, fulfillment timelines, and cancellations before placing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

○ In-Stock Capsules: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after full payment is received.

○ Pre-Order Dispatches: Pre-order items will be dispatched immediately once the remaining 50% balance has been cleared.

○ Tracking & Delivery: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

○ Unclaimed Shipments: Orders held due to unpaid final balances or invalid delivery addresses beyond 14 days post-production may be forfeited.
