TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to IYKYK (If You Know You Know).
By accessing our platform, purchasing items from our micro-batch releases, or placing pre-orders, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any transaction.
1. OVERVIEW & EXCLUSIVITY
IYKYK operates as a private release facility specializing in heavy-grade streetwear, archive fashion, and physical artifacts. Due to our direct factory sourcing and micro-batch production model:
All drops, capsules, and inventory runs are strictly limited in quantity.
Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis or via designated pre-order allocation windows.
We reserve the right to decline service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user for violations of these terms.
2. MICRO-BATCH DROPS & PRE-ORDER TERMS
Pre-orders allow collectors to secure custom sizing directly from our manufacturing partner lines. By submitting a pre-order, you agree to the following financial and fulfillment structure:
50/50 Payment Model: Pre-orders require an initial 50% deposit at checkout to initiate direct-from-factory production and reserve raw materials. The remaining 50% balance is due upon production completion, prior to final dispatch.
Production & Delivery Window: Standard pre-order fulfillment requires up to 25 business days from deposit confirmation to final delivery dispatch.
Price & Allocation Lock: Once your 50% deposit is confirmed, your sizing and price tier are permanently locked against market fluctuations.
3. DEPOSIT FORFEITURE & UNCLAIMED ORDERS
To maintain operational flow and ensure limited pieces are not held indefinitely, strict non-payment protocols apply:
Final Balance Notice: Once your pre-order item completes quality control, you will receive an official notification to settle the remaining 50% balance.
14-Day Settlement Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of final balance notification to complete payment.
Deposit Forfeiture: If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 calendar days, your reservation will be voided. The initial 50% deposit will be forfeited to cover manufacturing, holding, and administrative costs, and the reserved piece will be released to public stock.
4. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & FINAL SALE POLICY
A. Cancellations
Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel an in-stock or pre-order transaction only prior to physical dispatch and courier pickup.
Post-Dispatch: Once a tracking number is generated and the shipment is handed to the carrier, cancellations are strictly prohibited.
B. Final Sale & Sizing Policy
All Sales Final: Due to limited production runs, all purchases are final sale.
No Sizing Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or style preference. Detailed size guides are provided prior to purchase; accurate selection is the sole responsibility of the customer.
C. Defect-Only Return Exception
Returns or exchanges are granted exclusively for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: Any claim for a defective or damaged item requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video that begins before the outer shipping box/bag seal is broken. Claims submitted without this video will be automatically rejected.
Shipping Responsibility: Approved defective returns must be packaged and shipped back to our facility by the customer.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, imagery, typography, product design concepts, and visual assets associated with IYKYK are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our brand designs, technical patterns, or website material is strictly forbidden.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IYKYK shall not be held liable for courier delays, international customs holds, or minor natural variations in heavy fabrics and wash treatments inherent to micro-batch garment production. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer.
